Dr. Carli Blau, Ph.D., LCSW., M.Ed., M.A.

Founder, Psychotherapist, Sex Therapist and Women’s Health Expert

Dr. Blau is an integrative and intuitive psychotherapist who empowers everyone she meets. With her unique approach including a mix between tough love and empathetic support and validation, Dr. Blau guides people through to achieve the most fulfilling lives. Her approach utilizes evidence-based theories such as psychoanalysis, narrative therapy, strengths-based therapy, and radical acceptance, which she combines with metaphors, analogies and her extensive medical knowledge and empowerment techniques. She has a beautiful way of inspiring those around her to reach for their own stars and to never settle for less than their own happiness.

Carli specializes in working with individuals, couples and people who are going through painful sex, low desire, women’s health related issues such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, infertility and men’s health issues as well.

Dr. Blau also works with many physicians both as an integrative psychotherapist who works with your doctors to support your body as a whole. With her extensive medical knowledge and understanding of the medical world, she is also a preferred psychotherapist to many physicians themselves to support their high stress careers.

Dr. Blau holds a Social Work degree from Columbia University, a Master’s degree in Sexual Education from Widener University and a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from Widener University with published research in the field of infertility and sexual esteem. She holds certifications in Maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mood Disorders, and Women’s Hormone Health.

  • Brittany Pinto, LMSW

    Brittany is a therapist at BP and the Clinical Coordinator for Boutique Psychotherapy, facilitating new client consultations and matches for clients and therapists. She also provides individual therapy to young adults, specifically those struggling with grief, relationships, dating, sex, career stress, self-love, confidence, and women’s health issues. Trained in cancer support as well, Brittany provides medically informed psychotherapy. She is clinically trained from a psychoanalytic perspective, and provides therapy from a relational lens, helping you to understand your relationship with the world around you, including the relationship you have with yourself and others.

    Brittany is licensed in New York and New Jersey

    In session, Brittany is known to be direct, accountable, supportive and empathetic.

  • Kimberlin Shepard, LMSW

    Kimberlin is an individual and couples therapist who enjoys working with people going through issues such as body image, self esteem, dating and relationship stress, infidelity, pre-marital and marital counseling, anxiety and life transitions. Kimberlin psychotherapeutic approach comes from a narrative and strengths-based perspective, focusing on the themes of your life and how to re-write your story to become one you love.

    In session, Kimberlin is known to be as challenging as she is direct. With a background in media, Kimberlin understands the impact technology and social media has on women’s self image and is dedicated to helping women believe that they’re enough.

  • Maren Levine, LMSW

    Maren’s expertise is in depression and anxiety, family systems, parenting, divorce and life transitions. She works with adult individuals and couples to help them navigate their life changes. As a mental health therapist and certified yoga instructor for many years, Maren helps her clients feel more grounded, centered and productive, while giving them the validation and comfort they need to tackle whatever phase of life they may be going through.

    Maren is licensed in New York and New Jersey

    In session Maren is an empath, a yoga and mindfulness inspired clinician and a wonderful listener and yet equally directive.

  • Dr. Rachel Hoffman, Ph.D., LCSW., M.Ed.

    Dr. Rachel Hoffman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Clinical Sex Therapy. Her clinical expertise focuses on sex, intimacy, dating, and couples therapy. She's also the published author of 'Dating and Mating in a Techno-Driven World,' a book that explores the role of technology in interpersonal relationships.

    During sessions, Dr. Hoffman adopts a solution-focused therapy approach. She encourages her clients to explore their strengths, shift perspectives, and actively participate in goal-setting for tangible and sustainable growth.
